McMinnville, OR. Spruce Goose Museum and McChord AFB Museum

Traveled to McMinnville, Oregon to view the Spruce Goose sea plane that Howard Hughes built in 1944. The Evergreen company constructed a museum specifically for the Spruce Goose and then filled it with a wide variety of aircraft. It is a fine facility and is being enlarged to present many more aircraft.
It was well worth the effort to get to see this aircraft.
