I'll be removing the tiger oak mantle piece from this property, and sell it. Replacing it will be a concrete board clad wall, on which I'll face with St. Laurent marble. Crown and Dentil molding will top the fireplace...the hearth will be the same St. Laurent marble. Next to the fireplace, I'll fabricate some bookshelves that will fill in the voids besides the fireplace, and tie into the new mantle design.
