Beveled Glass Front Door

The old front door was a pieced together mess. Plywood screwed to the old wood frame...a broken pane on the door 'fixed' by duck taping some clear plastic sheeting over it. The new locksets were put above the old holes that were made installing the lockset in 1923. It had to go...I bought this steel clad door unit at a surplus warehouse place for 380.00. It was going for 450 at Lowe's. A nice door gives prospective renters or buyers a good first image of your property...that it is a quality, maintained place. And the first room that they see should have nice millwork and touches that all say "The Best." If you can create great curb appeal, then reinforce that with an entry area that is classy...half of your battle of renting or selling a property is won...the initial positive reactions will linger as your prospects view the property.
