This is a great soaking tub. There's a water-drip stain right below the faucet, where the porcelain has worn away. I'll probably just white epoxy paint this area, and then add a shower optional faucet for the tub, so those who prefer showers can have it, while keeping the bath, a big soaking bathtub is something women love. I could reface it, but there's 300 bucks spent on something that most people wouldn't notice as a big enough drawback to the property to matter. I'll use that 300 on some other upgrade that will give the place a cachet that belies the fact that it's rental property.
