we finally bought a luggage cart with heavy duty wheels for this Mardi Gras trip, to haul our stuff to and from our parade sites. I put all of the wheels on and tightened their mounting brackets down securely. About ten blocks from our place, one of the wheels fell off, because a axle nut had come loose. Nope, yours truly still thinks that manufacturing employees do quality work, so he didn't bother tightening all of those. The rest of the trip was finding anything we could on the street to keep the damned wheel on. But it was great rolling back loaded with beads and empty coolers!
I see uses for it on Fat Tuesday in the KOE Parade!
