In a Rain, Mud and Slippery soaked game Bloomfield kept the ball on the ground and beat Kennedy High 14-0.
The field was barely playable because of the elements but Bloomfield managed to gain over 250 yards rushing against a rebuilding Kennedy Squad.
The score might be misleading as Bloomfield committed 3 slippery turnovers from fumbles when they were deep in Knights territory that could of ended in scores.
Bloomfield’s Defense shined again despite the elements holding the Knights to just 4 offensive first downs. Bloomfield's D also added an interception and numerous sacks to add to their second straight shutout.
Kennedy is in a rebuilding year and did not muster anything on either side of the ball.
Bloomfield improves to 6-1 overall and 5-0 in Division B.
Kennedy Falls to 1-6.
Bloomfield will play in Paramus next Friday night to look to improve to 7-1 and will lock a #1 seed in N1G4.
