This is a derrick barge that I later worked with in Mexico.
The Russian tug that was towing it broke down and the tow wire
went to the bottom and became entangled. It was my birthday and
the port engineer and I had plans to go to Tobago for the day.
But instead I got to rescue the barge and tow it into Chagaramus.
