The Battleship Texas is permanently moored in Dear Park, which is near Houston.
It is a Texas State Park next to the San Jacinto Monument.
The ship is now 100 years old and the only ship left that saw action in both World Wars.
There is a lot of history to be gained from visiting these two monuments.
