I am a generalist, photographing what ever sparks my interest. Visualizing the photos that appear in my mind’s eye.
To me the art of photography is the ability to reproduce the image as I envisioned it to be.
Through the years, I have come to discover how fast our world is changing. What we experienced that seems like yesterday, is a constant reminder of just how fast the world is spinning.
The beauty that is now before us, tomorrow may be gone. The youth of the child today, will be the adult we grew old watching before our eyes.
The magic of photography has been a mystery to me most of my life. The ability to capture a brief glimpse of time and store it forever.
The once in a lifetime sunset, the magic of a bird’s flight, the smile in a child’s eye, or the wrinkles of wisdom on the face of the elderly.
Capturing that instant in time, to record it forever, is my joy and photography brings me peace.
After over 30 years working at sea, I have given up that life for a fresh start. A new adventure is just beginning that I pray will last many more years. With God's blessings in the past, and the future, my prayer is to continue to fill this site with photographs that tell a story of years of travel, adventure, and the awesome creations God has placed in front of my cameras.
