Great shot. I am surprised that you were able to freeze the rotor blades with 1/500. I thought you would have needed faster. None the less, you were right and got the perfect shot. V

That's beautifully sharp for that amount of reach. You got the focus spot on. I also like how it was fast enough to freeze the rotors mid rotation.
(Unless of course they've actually stopped rotating, which would be less good. Especially for the pilot.)
But with a speed of 1/500th I'll stay with my first guess.
