WACKY (Wheelmen Across Kentucky) and TACKY (Touring Across Kentucky) are back-to-back cross-Kentucky rides from Otter Creek Park on the Ohio River in Meade County to the Tennessee state line at Franklin, Ky., and back. With a detour around the idled Green River ferry, the rides are about 150 and 140 miles, respectively.
