While we have so far escaped all the excessive heat and rains occurring elsewhere, we have had a few intense storm like this one which I photographed looking out into my backyard.

wow...that's a major meteorological assault...fingers crossed that Monique's flowers survived the fierce challenge...super shot, even catching the hailstones..
