I often run into really unusual things like this at this salvage yard. This is the type of vehicle that is very common in Europe and other parts of the world, but definitely not the US. I have no idea what year it is since they basically looked the same since the 1970's, I think. They are used for all sorts of things including campers and in this case, a fire rescue vehicle or ambulance that came from Warburg in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
