Never Open or Close

Peyton, CO

One of the very few rules this place has is that you are not supposed to ever try to open doors, hoods or trunks that are closed and never try to close ones that are open. The hinges can become very fragile over time. This place does not part out cars for the most part and only sells them whole. It is the main reason there are so many here that are far more complete than the ones in most other salvage yards. B&W Version: https://pbase.com/image/170866882

I prefer the BW version of this. Still colour works, too, but makes it less reverential.

Beautiful image what time will do to a car if not cared for.
Love the light and the overhead clouds dressing up the scene.
Pin sharp image.

Nicely done Dan. And it's rare to fine a place that does not part out. braVo..Mike

the front seat could be a bargain if only salvaging parts were OK...the wide angle facilitates an engaging view here..
