Russian quality I guess! Great combination of colors here! V

Mis-matched and missing parts, uncoordinated, although individually great, colors all around in the image; pretty much says Cuba! V

I once got a ride in a Lada. The only part of the car that didn't make noise was the horn. I asked the driver if the Lada could go faster than 35 mph. He said "only if we roll it off a cliff."

Can't compete with the mystique of the '55 Chevy. I wonder if that bothered the Russians when they held sway over Cuba

Nice find. I've never heard of these old cars but it is amazing it runs! V

An unintentional two-tone car well captured in front of contrasting colors Dan.

Rocker panel missing altogether.. if missing on other side also, the structure is severely compromised since they are uni-body construction.
You may have taken the last nice photo of it before it breaks in two on a rough road...

amazing it still runs, as they were notorious for being poorly built and frequently breaking down...intriguing setting too, as the painted building looks so garish..

A great image, Dan!! I am not use to seeing these old wrecks in Cuba but I am sure there are plenty of them..
