Created by a man named Phillip Brinkley who makes all sorts of fascinating things out of old car parts and other scraps of discarded metal and other things. This dragon is about 15 feet tall. This was taken while on a visit to the place with fellow PBase artist Neil Marcus. If you don't already know, Neil is an outstanding photographer with a wide variety of subject matter.
