Photo Processing: I have recently been learning about layers in PS:CS3. I love using this effect of greyscaling the background of a photo to highlight the image I want seen. In this particular picture, The colors behind the children were so bright that they detracted from the bright colors of the children. Taking the color out of the background really makes the children pop.
