Yes, this picture is blurry. I had no tripod, I couldn't use a flash, and my camera doesn't have one of those nifty anti-shake features. Under the circumstances, I think this picture is remarkable. I mainly just took it because I liked it. It was painted by Ferdinand Sol in 1650. I wish I knew the story behind it.
