David had the motion right to trick this chipmunk into thinking he was going to get some food. Apparently, Chip's been fed before by wandering tourists. In the end, David had to go back to the car to get a Cheez-it for Chip because taunting him as much as he did was just mean. I'm not sure if taunting him or giving in to his demands for people food was worse, but Chip seemed very pleased with his Cheez-it in the end as he scampered off with it.
