Our guide on our tour was Charlie. Charlie was in 5th grade in Korea at the time of WWII. He told us stories of the occupation of Korea by the Japanese during the war. He told us that he was alive today because of the US military and seemed incredibly proud to be serving in his duties on board the Battleship Missouri.
