We were in cabin 8124 on the MS Zuiderdam. We booked a VF Guarantee and were upgraded to a VA. Apparently, the room size is the same, but the verandah has a few extra feet in depth. Also, we were then guaranteed a plexiglass verandah as opposed to a steel verandah. The price we paid for the upgrade? We were right below the Aft pool. Every morning we awoke to chairs being scooted in and out as people ate their breakfast by the pool. It wasn't bad enough though to diminish the nice view we had.
