I finally decided to leave the picnic blanket after dark and meander on up to attempt to take pictures of the band. It's a moving night shot though and my little P&S may have an ISO of 1600 on it, but let's be honest, that's just a worthless setting with such a small sensor. This ISO400 isn't really terribly great, but I wanted to see what I could get. All in all, it didn't turn out too terrible for what I had to work with. Perhaps I'll try again next time.
