a second shot for the day.
This was taken in the grounds of skipness castle. It's a tiny little hamlet blessed with
beautiful views over the sea to Arran. The hanlet also has it's own part ruined ancient Castle
(complete with an Irish Wolfhound that scared the dog), as well as a small ruined chapel.
It's a lovely peaceful place, with plenty to see and do. The little post office even sold
takeaway tea and coffee. Which would have been very warming if the dog hadn't taken mine out of
my hands on the beach!
Please view in original (it'll save me the bother of resizing it.)
