Had a fairly dull day today, apart from a presentation on a new venture capital trust, which
despite the subject matter was really very interesting! Couldn't wait to get home though as I've
taken tomorrow off so I can go to the housing shed (I'd call it an executive office, but in all
honesty its a shed). And buy us a new house!
Once again playing with clone (to render some unruly sideburns tidy again), levels, gaussian blur,
and opacity. And obviously some pretty heavy contrast changes to blow the background out. This is
the camera I've used in the retro gallery.
A couple of weeks back I was telling you about a couple of my photos that appeared on the
web via links on other sites. One was on someone's blog, so I had left him a message
congratulating him on the superb images used on his site (and in a twisted way to let him know I
had seen the image). Well I had a really nice e-mail back from him, which put a smile on my face.
Well, until I remembered I was still at work.
I also had a message left today by a xyman on the below photo, who looks as though he actually
works for the Chymes, which was quite exciting (as I said, a dull day).
