19-10-04 sunrise

Sometimes there's advantages to getting up early in the morning. OK it was closer to 8am, and not
too early, but it's nice to kid yourself!

Catherine had just left for her work this morning when I came to to discover this was outside.
Excellent I thought to myself - PAD complete - and no need to worry about getting something taken
before I lost the light for the day. Couldn't have been happier.

I am starting to get a bit concerned about getting through the winter with the PAD. It gets dark
so quickly just now, that it's a worry, when you see the light leaving. I'll need to give it some
thought before too long!

Beautiful shot, I suppose I should be thankful for my location at this time of year. Living on the equator means no change in daylight time, but I do miss the lack of seasons and seeing the changes in the surroundings...it's always the same here!

I know exactly what you mean about the daylight. How in the world does anyone take outdoor shots for this next 6 months? Other than the weekend, of course. Beautiful colors, thanks for the shot.

Beautiful, beautiful sunrise. I was thinking today along the same lines as Jude. Just how many snowy trees, or driveways can one post over 3 months?

Yes.. winter has me concerned as well. Not so much because of the light/dark thing but because of the .. "OMG there is 5-ft snow banks and I cannot get close to anything to take a picture" concern. Sigh..
Maybe this is when I perfect my studio shots?

At least the sunrises aren't too early just now :-) This is lovely, I missed it. Tucked up in bed...
