11-10-04 turning leaf VI

This wasn't the image I had planned for today.
For the first time in three months the scottish equivalent of Zinedine Zidane, (albeit a bit heavier and
thankfully with a bit more hair) graced the hallowed astroturf of the five-a-side pitches at Inverdee.

Following this, "triumphant return" I wasn't fit to hold my head up, never mind the camera.

In my defence I tore muscles in my back last week. No honestly I did. I really did!
It's a repeat of another football injury I had a couple of years back, when I tore the muscle that
connects your pelvis to your spine. Thankfully this time it wasn't as bad. Otherwise it might
have been a SP of a grown man crying uncontrolably tonight.

Anyway I kind of thought that this might be the case, so I had taken a few back-up photo's just in
case. And I wanted to crack on with this series, as the leaf's I had were starting to lose their
colour.

I'll get something a bit different tomorrow. promise.

There are others here, here, and here

Keep these coming-I'm enjoying them alot. The detail is so clear, esp with the white B/G. Hope you're healing quickly.

I've enjoyed this series & this they would look terrific enlarged & hung on a large wall of white.

These leaf photos are good. And this one will make our Canadian cousins happy - compensation for the dodgy subs we sold them!!!
