The tallest building in Boston looks quite lonely surrounded by much lower ones. It has 62 floors and 241 m (290 ft) height. In the '70, when John Hancock Tower was being built, the technology of construction from glass and steel was not that well developed, and before the whole construction had been completed windows of JHT started to fall down. About 10'000 of them had to be replaced.
