Time Flies
It's been quite a while since we've posted a News Letter and there have been a great many changes since that last post. Progress has continued with scenery, structures, club cars, new members and major infrastructure work to the room housing the layout.
We'll be adding new photos and videos in the near future and we hope you'll take a look at all that's new and different.
Were Looking forward to fun times next year!
Will update all photos of the layout after the first of the year, A lot of work has been done a lot of new bench work two.

May 2012 News Letter.
Work is moving right along with the Layout some New photos and a New Video has been added, Phase 4 will start soon and will add around 250 feet more to the main line and will bring us to South Tullahoma on the Layout. Saturday May 12 we had Visitors Jan Price and David Smith from Hawkes Bay New Zealand stop in and see us, Thank you for dropping in it was great to meet you.

Work is moving right along on phase 3 of the layout, Demolition and remodeling of some walls to make room is almost done, 90% of the new bench work is done and Track laying has started.

Clinic on Weathering September 12
The Chattanooga Area Model RR Club has an upcoming clinic on Saturday, September 12, at 2:00 pm at the Choo Choo Town Hall Theater with Dr. Ben on weathering. This will be a great clinic. It is open to any modeler.

A Super Fine Day for a Running Session,
Saturday we Hosted the Chattanooga Area Model RR Club to a Running Session.
We had 7 attendees from the Chattanooga Group,
Bob Clark, Kerry Douglas, Ben Bedford, Ed Juaire, Jude Foxall, Jim Krause and Chris Dotye.
As some of our Club Member were doing the jobs of Conductors the Chattanooga Group was the Engineers,
Terry was Dispatching, Club Members that was helping out were Keith, Murphy, Edward, Jason, Mitch, Matt and Phill.
As we ended the Day we were having so much fun we always hate to see it end.
We would like to Thank all the members from the Chattanooga Group, It was a blast. Until next time.

Open House Weekend 2/13-15/2009
What a Full & Fun Weekend.
Started out Friday Night.
With Terry, Edward, Matt, John S, Dave and Jason with our Guest Paul Knowles from Kato, Mike Myers from Hobby Town and Terry Redeker from Memphis. Had two Visitors from Baton Rouge, LA show up.
Saturday Day.
With Matt, Jason, Mike Murphy, Mitch was dispatching. We had a pretty good flow of visitors from the Train Show. Dave and Terry Redeker did an excellent job of funneling people our direction all day. Had some visitors from Chattanooga and some local folks showed up.

Ended out the weekend with Terry, Edward, Dave, Terry Redeker and Mike Mirelez. Mike's nick name is BNSF Mike.

Super good day to have a running session,
Had Terry Redeker join us, Had a visitor Alan and his wife and little one stop by.
I had our video camera man Edward doing his thing on photos and videoing the trains, Did a super job, As his camera started to go dead he went and got his train and ran.
I got his camera and did a few photos and videoing and it went dead for good. RIP: Looks like Santa will have to bring him a new one. Did not get Edwards or Dave's Trains due to camera.

Started out the day with the Business Meeting,

Over the last 2 weeks Dave has made a Big Progress on the Tree Work at Wauhatchie.

A Super Fine Day for a Running Session,
Saturday we Hosted the Chattanooga Area Model RR Club to a Running Session.
We had 9 attendees from the Chattanooga Group, Christopher B Dotye, Bob Clark, Kerry Douglas, Keith Douglas, Ben Bedford, Hal Crossland, Ed Juaire, Jude Foxall and Bob Swanner.
As our Club Member were doing the jobs of Conductors the Chattanooga Group was the Engineers,
Terry was Dispatching, Club Members doing the Conductor jobs were Edward, Larry, Jason, Mitch and Matt.
As we ended the Day we were having so much fun we hated to see it end.
We would like to Thank all the members from the Chattanooga Group, It was nice meeting you and we had a blast. Until next time.

Matt, Mitch, Jason, John S, Mike, and Larry all working hard on the remodeling work going on, Wall building, sheet rocking, Muddling.
To bring everyone up to speed the remodeling work is to make the place look nicer and helps us get one step closer to building Phase 3 of the layout.
Phase 3 of the layout will be, Build from Bridgeport to Stevenson and up to Anderson Siding and will Start the first section of the Southern Rathole at Harriman Jct.
And will build Kayne Ave and Union Station in Nashville.
Phase 3 will add about 150 FT more of main line Running.

What a Day, Good team Work going on, A lot got done.
Day Shift
Mike and John S. Help on Clean up.
Larry and Mitch Help on Clean up plus worked on the Steps wall and Cleaned the paint off the windows.
Keith did some Track work and Buildings layout.
Matt did his thing on the Backdrops.
Dave did more nice Tree work at K.O. (Hobo camp is in place, Thanks John S. for the Hobo's)
Terry Changed out the Signals at Bridgeport and Finished the Ballast work on the Mountain.
Edward & Marshall Ran the Track Cleaning Trains.
The Night Shift
Dave, Terry and Edward worked on the Yard.
Edward cleaned track in the yard.
Dave & Terry wired up all of East End Yard Lead and all tracks in the yard on the East End.
