My problem is that the upload button is greyed out so I am unable to bring the base image up. This occurred even with your account. This greyed out issue started a month ago so I haven't been able to use Deep dream for an uploaded image???
You can save any image as a JPG or png. Then on the button that says Base Image (optional) you just upload it and select it. Sometimes I have to resize images that I get from here or Shutterstock; I have a separate folder for images I use or create in Deep Dream, so my original isn't affected.
