I stopped letting people snap my photo before I turned 60. Imagine it. I'm an overweight old Grandma. This was just more challenge than I could deal with this year. If you think I'm putting my photo up from now - dream on - LOL.

This is a wonderful progression, Aurora, and the nesting doll as the final image is a perfect visual metaphor for the maturation process we all experience. Throughout our lives we change and grow to become new versions of ourselves, and yet our earlier, younger selves still exist inside of us-- like nesting dolls. I think you've created a wonderful self portrait that succeeds not just visually, but spiritually. Good job!
