I took my maiden off-road voyage of my "new" mountain bike in
Florida Canyon today. I paused afterwards to watch the big boys
riding in the Velodrome. This shot was a tiny crop of the
original, and I had the camera set for it's smallest setting,
and I was shooting into the sun without a viewfinder, so I am
fairly amazed I got anything useful at all!

Cool pov. I've always wanted to ride on one of these tracks. .. without anyone else on the track to knock me over.

This is an excellent shot, Gary! You have a natural affinity with the two-wheeled world!

Marvelous shot Gary. Sometimes the best work comes when it is least expected--and I regret to say that some of the my work that people like best was the most accidental... :-)

This certainly did come out well.
It look as if you were shooting behind you while you were leading the pack.
