Today I'm appreciating change. We all change, and we can all change
things that are no longer serving us. At the same time, I'm trying
to honor those moments when, in the middle of a change, everything
looks like a failure. Those moments when it's too late to go back
to first base, and second base looks like it's a LONG way away!

The key seems to be hanging in there, trusting my gut, and moving
forward. And remembering that almost anything can be undone or redone.

So...which way should I go? No beard, or re-beard?

At least you had the good sense to stop before it was too late.

:) I'm with Laine on this one. I tried this once--for a day. It was a riot.

Why not leave it as it is...you would really be individual & stand out in a crowd. :>)

Hmmm, a younger look without the beard, a more distinguished look with it...what do you choose?
Hodero11-Jan-2008 23:19
yes,...to glue it back on !
;-))

Hope you saved the other half....

I think half and half is good......

What is it about this time of year and beards?! You look call whatever!

I like Laura's idea. Take it all off and then regrow when the mood strikes you. Perhaps that gives you the best of all worlds.--Rene

"almost anything can be done or redone"....good thing to remember! Trusting that still small inner voice is another thing that has proven true over many years for me. keep your eyes on the goal and take baby steps to get there....if the whole journey looks overwhelming, make your goal the one single step you take each day.
as for the beard....shave it all all and then go for that "five o'clock shadow" look.

I must admit that I had re-look at my shot taken the other day to remind myself if you had a beard then! That said, I think keeping or removing the beard is about what it says internally to you. Beyond that, this is too good a picture to have been Photoshopped, so that means you undoubtedly already shaved the other half off by the time you get this. BTW, I love this series. And it is a much fun shot.

Maybe the half and half works ;-)

Inspired by David Letterman no doubt!

well, you might have to stay like this...as I prefer without the beard and Jola with...
Great idea though! lol

As in crossing the ocean, I think you have reached the point of no return.
Command that razor to sail-on to the other side, my friend.

I think you should leave it just like this . . . and then shave the diagonally opposite half of your head. Yeah, that would be a cool look!
