Maybe it's just me, but..

Sometimes I think that specialized cycling clothes,
like this guy's, are a little over the top!

Hard to tell here, but that is a yellow CAPE, and
yes, he's wearing a pair of underwear on the outside.

Forget the rider (easy to do) look at the bike. Minimilist at its best. No rear brake ? Or does it have a pedal backwards brake. These are virtually unknown in England.
