This picture pleases me, because it's a tiny crop of an image taken
from a pier with my Tamron 17-50. This represents far less than 10%
of the total image, yet, the detail is (to my eye anyway) quite
acceptably sharp. The only post processing was to adjust levels and
sharpen slightly (100-1-1). That and crop, of course!
