La Boheme

Who names these places, anyway? How far will the stretch be, do you suppose,
from the opera to the condo?

Now to explain yesterday's Photoshop error: In order to get the tall building
in the image to be straight, I made a new layer and skewed it inward. Then I
forgot to recrop, and instead simply flattened the image. If you look cloesly,
you can see a sliver beginning on the top right of the image, and moving
downward, that is really from the layer underneath. The buildings do not
have that little slant in them. Make sense?

I, for one, would have increased self-respect and feel pretty cool if I lived at La Boheme! It's not easy having 'Great Coxwell' in your address!

Who comes up with the name for anything? A lot of names are pretty strange when you think about it... Take 'Microsoft' for instance... Or 'Apple' in reference to a computer...

Ha, ha... or maybe not so ha, ha. Crazy advertising.
And I'm so relieved you came clean about yesterday! ;-)

That is a very strangely named building.

Some people who name real estate projects have no shame.
Near me a housing developer is tearing up hundreds of acres of woodland.
The displaced wildlife are now crowded into smaller patches of woods.
Deer, snakes, bobcats, bear, etc. often stray onto roadways and meet untimely demise.
What did our developer name this project? "The Preserve".

I am impressed by the sophisication of your PS processing in yesterday's image! Well, haden't noticed.
The name is inviting at least. Agree, very often bulshit!

certainly makes for an interesting image
It did its job and got your attention (and mine)

Is that the Glenn's Market building?
I used to live right across the street when North Park
was the last place you'd want to visit.
