Become One With The Bike

I may be taking this cycling thing too far.

Meet Sparky, my newest addition to the harem.
This is a 2004 Giant Cypress SX I found on Craiglist.
Basically, this is a hybrid - a road bike with flat bars.
It's ten pounds lighter than my current ride.

So, now I have these bikes:

2005 Trek 3900 MTB with slicks
1980 Univega Viva Sport SingleSpeed, aka Lucky
2004 Giant Cypress SX, aka Sparky

Within the next week or so, I'll pass another milestone:
2000 miles since starting up on June 9th, 2005.

Canon EOS 300D Digital Rebel
1/200s f/4.0 at 28.0mm iso800 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

I think you might of put me off cycling for a while. I cannot face sitting on the saddle for the time being.

I'll bet your motivation was hearing a speaker at the bike clinic say "Ladies and gentlemen, be seated."

When are you going recumbent, Gary? Seems to me, you're a recumbent kind of guy! You know what they say, once you've gone recumbent you'll never sit straight again.

Listen to Laine, make new clients around the CONUS and really impress them as you ride up with the 'slicks'??
