Hoops

admired his for some time now.

Question: Do you think this image qualifies as a 'minimalist" image?

Don't know for minimalist, but I too am waiting for the action right under the rim. Clean and bright shot, it's a good one.

Don't know about minimalist images...But I was thinking I'd like to see a basket ball out there headed to the hoop. Or for grins, you could cut and paste Robin's smiling face and simulate it spinning toward the net. That maybe a little macabre though...

I`m not sure if this is minimalistic, but I`m sure this is "Highilistic" because you need a big jump to achieve this!!! Lol.

I like the way your composition is and the contrast against the nice blue sky, perhaps I agree with Gayle about the busy elements at the left upper corner.

I'm not sure what minimalist is when referring to photography, but I like the simplicity, detail and color contrasts. Nice .
