Cool shot. We had one like that on the street where I grew up. I forgot all about it. Thanks. V.

Nice shot Lyndsey. I saw a scene just like this on Coney Island and wondered why they were there - It didn't see the photo opportunity though - you've obviously got an eye for this. Well done.

Hehehe, that's a scene you don't see every day. Of course there's a reason & a story to tell so come on Lindsey do tell 7 while your at it you may give us all a few pointers on how to take a sharp & unusual photo...well done !!

Excellent and really unusual. I love the angle of the clothesline, the way itt bisects the sky. The shoes are so intriguing. A very eyecatching and unusual photo!

I'm with Karen on this one. I totally agree w/her comments.
The shot sneaks up on you and then dangles in its glory. I think we ought to canvas the community to see if they think Lyndsey should have her own account. She could afford it on a shoestring. And getting your images p there is where the rubber meets the road! These lines are my best effort to encourage Lyndsey to do MORE of this excellent imaging.

Is this like a clothesline for boots and shoes? Are they all soaking wet and drying? How do they stay in place?? Where are the owners?? There has to be a story behind this one....
Gary, you'd better watch out! Not only is this original, but the focus is dead on, the crop inspired the way it breaks the vertical frame, precisely angled. I'm voting to have Lyndsey get her own account, so you don't get all the glory :) This is great.
