Nice house, one like this in our neighborhood would cost somewhere's in the area of 70-80K, guess I will never live in San Diego, LOL.

Gary, here's the shocker. I agree they don't build 'em like this anymore, BUT -- this one is probably worth about half a million in San Diego's crazy real estate market. Can you believe it???
