My New Front Door

On the far right is the coat closet, with the door
that sticks. To the left is the main entrance, with
a sign overhead made by my 13 year old daughter: "This
Is Dad's New Townhouse." The next door with the white
curtain leads out to a patio. The bookcase is a false
front for a door that leads to a secret passage that
leads to a place that I can't tell you about.

I apologize for not commenting much lately. It is
nearly impossible to post a comment, and I'm so
doggoned tired fromt the move that I don't have the
patience I am otherwise famous for and upon which
my reputation is based. When pbase gets its act together
I will comment like a madman once again.

There's no place like home, even if it has a door that sticks.

What a great looking space! Hope you enjoy your new place!
I really like the light here ... looks like a really comfy, homey place to live, Gary!

Wow you are a fast mover. I still have boxes in the loft from my move 10 years ago!!!

Ahhh gee, between moving and PBase running like molasses... Apology accepted! :-D

My goodness, books already on the shelves? You work mighty fast. No wonder you have no time for commenting.

Actually I have found that entering comments is easy as long as I do it during the morning (London time) when all of my Yankee brethren are ('er make that should be) fast asleep. PBase seems to go into crash mode about 1pm GMT ... so if you want to comment, Gary, simply set your alarm for 2 or 3 am!

This does have a symmetry to it and is rather nice.
I seem to be able to comment tonight. Hope it lasts.

Gary, as soon as you're all moved in we'll expect comments :-)
Herb 07-Jan-2005 04:35
Glad you are settling in.

Neat!

I think the answer to the speed of Pbase is behind door #3! Its faster tonight Gary.
Good to see you getting the place shaped up.
