A BIG storm is coming through the Sierras. Tomorrow, our local rivers (Truckee and others) are expected to have major flooding - as much as 10 feet over their banks. Downtown is closing down. It's billed as one of those once-a-decade floods. While I might get pictures, it will mostly likely be difficult to get to the area to photograph.
