Can you do this in your city's downtown?

This is the Truckee River, which runs through the Riverwalk District
in Reno, Nevada. It's in the heart of the downtown area. People come
by to have a picnic, fly a kite, roller blade, or simply walk in the sunshine.

And some come to kayak.
