Had to force myself...is Dianne a good cook or what???

The mashed potatoes, by the way, had some good blue cheese mixed in...

But the roast...the roast!!!

You can have your turkey. Give me cow like this any day!!! :-)

Oh yeah! Steak, roast..either will do. We had Chili for Christmas Eve and Brisket for Christmas Day! Yummmmmmy! Do it every year. Wish they'd do a roast next year. That sure looks good but I may just pop by your house and get a bite to eat. Surely, you didn't eat the whole thing???

Wow! A man after my own heart! We had rib eye steaks at Thanksgiving and we had prime rib for Christmas dinner. Good cow! Now that's how it's done.
