I was delighted when I spied this Daddy Bluebird with his three babies. Grabbed my 300mm lens and set the 20D at ISO1600 because I knew I would need a smaller aperture than f/4 to get more than a head in focus. Closed down the aperture as much as I felt would be safe to allow for movement. Picture was NOT in focus. I'm finding that now that trees have leafed out any slight movement of the camera and the focus shifts off the birds and finds the trees. Had to save this moment because it was so cute, even though the focus was bad. (See "next" for the best I could do adding buZZ Simplify, sandstone texture and a bit of brightening and contrast.)
