First Attempt at Blatant Imitation

One of Kris' poodle puppies in a dogwood flower - an appropriate place to put it - very difficult to get it settled just right! Kudos to Anne Geddes for doing such a great job of this with her baby photos. The flower was shot with the 90mm macro and my 300D three years ago and the puppy, just a few days ago with an XTi and an 85mm f/1.8 lens. Soft focus applied at end to soften image. (There's much room for improvement in my technique...but it's fun to try to get better at this!)

Canon EOS 300D Digital Rebel

Good photoshop work, especially for the first attempt. I know you'll only get better.

Simply adorable. I agree, it would make a great greeting card.
