My steps were as follows
Duplicate Layer, Glamblur action, erase thru eyes and hair. Healing tool to reduce appearence of wrinkles, extracted my Mom, Virtual Photographer Romance filter, faded that, VP's Glamour Filter, faded that, added white border. DONE!
