I duplicated the layer & dragged the first picture to the second picture making a 3rd layer under the layer in this picture. I used a mask to bring the face out in the layer underneath.
I cloned grass & ramp over the person standing behind her. I also used a gaussian blur on the underlayer. I used a mask to make the man totally disappear.
