Can you almost smell them?

Beautiful purple from my old faithful Sony DSC F717. The stick is a chopstick I put in the pot to discourage squirrels. The plus 1/3 exposure compensation is a mistake, in fact I did have to darken this image, but I was satisfied with the fix (actually a duplicate layer with multiply blend mode).
