Used a combination of two filtrations from Virtual Photographer to "age" the colors, Romance and Reminisce. (Reminisce on a second layer and then opacity lowered to allow the color from Romance to show through). Followed with a mat from Sharon Lee Core's Mat action available from http://www.atncentral.com/download.htm#Frames - just scroll down to find it.
