I was trying to avoid the fake lamb fur, and didn't notice it on this toy. I give him less than a week to destroy this one! Oh yes...lightened the fur with a shadow adjustment in PS CS2. Added brightness to eyes by adding a blank layer with soft light blend mode. Painted with a small soft brush and white in the areas of the iris away from the eye glints. Removed blue and cyan casts (probably from tinted glass in sliding door) by desaturating those colors.
